- I completey agree, and I must say, we do have a very good quality control team.. They work really hard to reseach the market, the house, the neighborhood everything they can to obtain fair market value. Out of the 4 vendors Freddie Mac deals with, we do have the highest quatlity rating....

- The bank had an incorrect address on foreclosure documents — the house it meant to seize is across the street and about 10 doors down — but the Cardosos and a Realtor employed by Bank of America were unable to convince the company that it had the wrong house, the suit states.

- Well being a daughter myself, I would be totally embarrassed if my dad said something like that on national television and in front of a crowd of that size. I think he embarrassed himself more than anything, and it was like he just kept going on about it. His wife yelling "stop" was priceless!
